Participate in requirement discussions, analyze and understand the end users’ needs.

As web development expert you have major impact on the architectural and technological evolution of the project and help to make decisions as a team using principles of meritocracy.

Implement reusable components following the UX design system in close collaboration with our UX team

Estimation for completing the features.

Work with merge request workflow and peer code reviews

Close collaboration on a global scale with international colleagues in Europe, US and China

 

Desired Qualification and Experience

B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science or IT or MCA with good academic record

5+ years of work experience in Software Development.

In depth knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.

Extensive working experience with at least one major web framework (Angular, React, Vue.js)

Good Knowledge on Styling Concepts using SCSS, SASS.

Sound Knowledge in responsive design for all form factors.

Working experience with Git and social coding platforms like GitLab, GitHub, etc.

Exceptional attention to quality needed to work on components and libraries which are re-used in dozens to hundredths of applications

Sound knowledge of writing unit test cases and Visual Regression Testing.

Experience with modern software development concepts like Agile, DevOps, Feature Teams

Contributions to open-source projects are a plus

Strong communication and social skills when it comes to working in global teams or presenting ideas and concepts to other stakeholders

Coaching and mentoring skills are a plus
