Overview:
We are looking for a affluent Full stack developer with 5 to 8 years of experience
• Primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known ReactJS workflows (such as Redux) and RestAPI’s
• Should ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain
• Should coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure
• Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important
Responsibilities:
• Ability to pick up the current platforms of the organization and flexible to build on top of it
• Accomplished practitioner of Agile and DevOps practices with experience guiding teams through planning, development, and deployment
• Ability to translate technical concepts into requirements documents and user stories for teams
• Demonstrated success building culture of innovation, ownership, accountability, and focus
• Build the vision for the team along with product management
• Good communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with different cross-functional teams of varying levels
• Ability to learn new tools and paradigms in engineering, especially in the frontend and backend technologies, intellectually curious and continuously striving to learn
Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience developing UI in React/Typescript, C#.NET, micro-frontends and web components
• Experienced in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Solid understanding of UI performance, accessibility, internalization, and localization
• Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
• Agile methodologies – Sprint planning, backlog grooming, Scrum Master experience is a bonus
• Experience working with internal customers and translating requests into prioritized work or features
• Good in CS fundamentals – data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent
