Job Title: Design Engineer- Product Assembly Station

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design of components & sub-systems for industrial application
- Product configurations for customer specific applications – selection of standard elements, layout design for OE applications in a manufacturing & assembly lines
- Understanding system requirements, creating concepts and detailed design to meet project & system specifications
- Creating 3D model, assemblies, manufacturing drawings
- Simulation of components/assemblies based on the loads and standards
- Engineering calculation & documentation
- SAP activities for material number creation/modification, BOM Export, etc.,
Mandatory skills:
- Industry experience in the design applications with a good technical background
- Selection of standard elements like linear guides, balls screws, linear actuators etc
- Proficient in Creo, SAP & PDM Wind chill, MS office tools
- SAP knowledge – PR0/PR1
- Manufacturing process & fabrication
- GD&T and DIN/ISO standards Problem solving & analytical capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Technology/Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering

Additional Information:
Working in mechanical domain for application / customer projects with 4 – 8 years experience
